Assessing site potential.

The study was prepared for Red River (UK) Ltd for a corner site then used as a car wash and valet service. It records a site area of approximately 958 m² and reviews an existing permission comprising six retail units and 32 residential units.

The report considers site context, accommodation schedules and historic construction-budget information. It identifies potential further work on internal reorganisation, additional height and the adjoining site, with those options subject to further design and planning assessment.

This entry records Emrah Ozan’s previous project-management experience. The source feasibility report and drawings are credited to Moss Architecture + Design. The material is an archive study, rather than a statement of current permission or completed development.
